Oil to Heat Pump Incentive Program

The Ministry of Energy and Mines’ Innovative Clean Energy (ICE) Fund is offering a rebate of up to of up to $1700 when you upgrade from oil heating to an air source heat pump!

Eligibility requirements:

Homes must be low-rise detached or semi-detached and located in BC.
The primary heating type of the property must be oil.
Pre- and post-Retrofit EnerGuide home evaluations are required.
The heat pump must become the primary heating system for the home.
You must remove and dispose of, or decommission, your oil tank in accordance with all relevant regulations.
